At Lee Luxe Shoes, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges We gladly exchange items for a different size or style within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable items

  • Items that have been worn or damaged
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  • Standard Shipping: R100 — delivered within 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: R150 — delivered within 1–2 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount (update with your free shipping threshold)

International Shipping

  • International Shipping: R310 — delivered within 7–14 business days depending on destination

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
