Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Leeluxe Boutique If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we offer exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

        •       To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Leeluxeshoes@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.
        •       Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
        •       Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
        •       Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a store credit instead.

No Refund Policy

        •       Please note that we do not offer refunds for returned items. All returns will be processed as exchanges or store credit only.

Final Sale Items

        •       Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

        •       If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit as soon as possible.
