Return and exchange policies

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, we offer store credit. 

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color (if available). If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items


The following items cannot be exchanged:

Sale or clearance items

Customized or special-order shoes

Items showing signs of wear or damage

Items returned without original packaging


4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us at WhatsApp 0651397952 within 24HOURS  of receiving your order.

2. Ship the item to 271 PRETORIOUS STREET PRETORIA (customers are responsible for return shipping costs).

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or issue store credit.


5. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours  with photos of the issue. We will provide an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
